Part 3 Payments :
Since the minimum payout is $1.00 by Paypal only and we don't make mass payouts, because Affiliates have to wait too long till they get paid, the 2% fee, which Paypal is charging since 06/03/2009, have to be paid by the receiver.
Maximum payout is $6.00 and payments will be made within 30 days or a reasonable time after.

Members with Affiliate Pages have to be a certain % of their total earnings in their account earned by clicking PTC and emails equally balanced. See under Click Activity Requirement & Self-Earnings.
It is not allowed to request payout by earnings from affiliate pages only.
Part 5 Self-Earnings:
Members with an affiliate page have to be 20% self-earnings of their total earnings in their account earned by clicking PTC and emails equally balanced.

Part 5 Advertising:
Area-51-Emails does have 3 Sister Sites, Dynamic-Mails, Email-Moneymaker and OurSafeHarbor (all sites .com) and as long as that will be the case it is not allowed to advertise the Sister Sites at Area-51-Emails and v.v.

Part 4: Affiliate Pages:
You may not promote your affiliate page at sites mentioned in our banlist. Area-51-Emails.com do have the right to add a site to the banlist at any time.
When you are caught promoting your affliate page at a site mentioned in our banlist:
1st & 2nd time - you will receive a message with the request to remove the promoting at that site within 2 days.
3rd time - you will receive a message with the request to remove the promoting at that site within 2 days and your affiliate page will be paused for 2 days.
4th time - you will receive a message with the request to remove the promoting at that site within 2 days and your affiliate page will be paused for 1 week.
5th time - you will receive a message with the request to remove the promoting at that site within 2 days and your affiliate page earnings will be withdrawn.
6th time - you will receive a message that your affiliate page has been removed and will not be withdrawn.

Part 2A : Submission of urls for the new surfer:
In general the username in the submitted url should be the same as you use at Area-51-Emails.com, although it can happen that you have a different username.
When you would like to submit an url with a different username, you will need to contact admin before you submit the url. After the admin accepted the url, you will be allowed to submit that url with the different username.
When you submit an url with different username without contacting the admin first, your request will be rejected. In case this happens 3 times you will not be allowed to make use of the new surfer.

Part 3B : Payments
Liberty Rerserve will be no longer a payout option.

Part 6 : Click Activity Requirements
- free members without having a personal and or affiliate page need to click
10 links per month equally divided in Emails & PTC's in order to have their account active.
- free members with a personal and or affiliate page need to click 150 links per month equally divided in Emails & PTC's in order to have their account active.
- upgraded members with or without a personal and or affiliate page need to click 200 links per month equally divided in Emails & PTC's in order to have their account active.

Part 1 : Tier 1 & 2 only now accepted here at Area-51-emails.com

Tier 1+2 countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New-Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States

All members from other countries can stay and will be able to get cash out as long as they don't cheat and as long as there country is not restricted by United States Money Laws

Part 2 : NEW SURFER Members can't just use the new surfer, they must be active in other parts of site, Emails and PTC activity one or the other or both.
Members that don't surf can submit urls for the surfer but must have clicked in the last day.

Part 3 Payments : We reserve the right to pay you any balance amount you may incur at any time via masspay you can't complain about getting paid out to soon. We use masspay so you wont have any fee i even pay the 2%

Part 3 section B: Liberty Reserve Payments are No-minimum , We reserve the right to pay Liberty Reserve Payments up 30 days

Part 4 Affiliate Pages : We Reserve the right to change Cash per View with 30 day notice.
Your page can't be advertised at any PTC only sites , Absolutely no manual or auto surf sites.
You can advertise your page at any PTR Not on our banned List.

Part 5 Advertising : Any member can redeem for advertising but make sure your advertised site is not on the banned list located in the redemption area.

By signing up and actively using the Area-51-Emails.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Area-51-Emails.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with Area-51-Emails.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the Area-51-Emails.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Area-51-Emails.com account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Area-51-Emails.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Area-51-Emails.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with Area-51-Emails.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Area-51-Emails.com. limited to no more than (100) per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Area-51-Emails.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and Area-51-Emails.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Area-51-Emails.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Area-51-Emails.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
Area-51-Emails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Area-51-Emails.com program, even if Area-51-Emails.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Area-51-Emails.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Area-51-Emails.com. Affiliates may earn by referring new affiliates to the Area-51-Emails.com program. Affiliates will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by Area-51-Emails.com.

Area-51-Emails.com will pay affiliates when their balance reaches the minimum 1.00 PAYPAL 1.01 AlertPAY. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment. Payments will be made within 1-3 days paypal or We No longer pay via E-GOLD! We Do MassPay Via Paypal 2c UP!! MUST SELECT MASSPAY PAYPAL

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with Area-51-Emails.com and may result in legal prosecution. Area-51-Emails.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Area-51-Emails.com may charge up to $500 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Area-51-Emails.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
